Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Quick Airport Transfers Burnham's services. By making a booking with us, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully.

1. Our Services

Quick Airport Transfers Burnham provides premium Mercedes chauffeur airport transfer services across London and the Home Counties. We are operated by Euphoria Cars Burnham, based in Burnham, Slough.

2. Bookings

All bookings must be made via our website booking form, email to bookings@quickairporttransfers.uk, or by telephone. A booking is only confirmed once you have received written or verbal confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion.

3. Pricing

All prices quoted are fixed and inclusive of VAT where applicable. Our prices cover the agreed journey and waiting time as specified at the time of booking. Additional waiting time beyond the agreed period, additional stops, or route changes may incur additional charges.

4. Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup: No charge
• Cancellations made between 12–24 hours before pickup: 50% of the journey price
• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup: 100% of the journey price
• No-shows at the pickup point: 100% of the journey price

5. Waiting Time

For airport arrivals, we include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the scheduled landing time. For all other pickups, we include 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time. Additional waiting time will be charged at the agreed rate.

6. Flight Delays

We monitor all flights in real time. In the event of a flight delay, we will adjust the pickup time accordingly. We will not charge for waiting time resulting from flight delays.

7. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards our chauffeurs and maintain the condition of our vehicles. We reserve the right to terminate a journey without refund if a passenger's conduct is deemed unacceptable.

8. Liability

Quick Airport Transfers Burnham carries full public liability insurance. We accept no liability for delays caused by traffic conditions, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the cost of the journey booked.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
